By accessing or using BloxMetrics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BloxMetrics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
BloxMetrics provides analytics and insights for Roblox game developers, including player session tracking, revenue analytics, retention metrics, and AI-powered recommendations via an SDK integration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@bloxmetrics.io. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to collect data from games you do not own or have permission to track; (b) reverse engineer the SDK or Service; (c) resell or redistribute SDK data; (d) violate Roblox's Terms of Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The BloxMetrics SDK collects player behavior data (session length, events, in-game actions) from your Roblox games. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to collect this data under applicable laws. We process this data on your behalf per our Privacy Policy.
BloxMetrics and its logo, design, and code are owned by BloxMetrics. The SDK is licensed to you for use in your own Roblox games only. You retain ownership of your game data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BloxMetrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@bloxmetrics.io.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
