Account data: Email address, name (optional), password (hashed).
Game analytics data (via SDK): Player session duration, custom in-game events, progression milestones, device type, country. We do not collect Roblox usernames or personally identifiable player information.
Billing data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — no card numbers are stored on our servers.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, for improving the Service.
We use collected data to: provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (welcome, subscription confirmation), respond to support requests, and analyze usage to improve features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with servers in the EU/US. Game analytics data is retained for 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or 1 year (Business). Account data is retained until you delete your account.
We use: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting & analytics). Each has their own privacy policy.
We use only essential cookies for authentication (session token). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and export your data. Contact hello@bloxmetrics.io to exercise these rights.
The Service is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
